Meet Your Head Trainer
Milla Koivulahti
Head Trainer, JCI Riihimäki-Hyvinkää, Finland
Milla Koivulahti is a human-centered facilitator with a strong background in strategy, project coordination, and international cooperation. She currently works in international higher education, where her focus lies in building collaboration, supporting development processes, and translating strategy into meaningful, people-driven action.
Alongside her professional work, she is completing a master's degree in engineering, further deepening her strategic and analytical perspective.
Milla's approach to strategy is rooted in people. She believes that sustainable results are created when individuals feel psychologically safe, heard, and encouraged to experiment. As a facilitator, she emphasizes learning by doing and sees "failing fast" as a valuable part of growth—a way to learn, adapt, and move forward together.
Rather than offering ready-made answers, Milla guides teams through reflection, dialogue, and collaboration, supporting them in building strategies they truly believe in and are willing to act upon.
For Milla, strategy is never just about plans or tools. It is about people, trust, and shared ownership.
